This  is an ORIGINAL 1930s  pattern. This is missing the tie collar, pleating piece, waist back and the belt    Please see the close up picture of the missing pieces.  The envelope is worn and a section of the instructions have been cut away and are gone.  Please see our pic of that as well.   That said this is an amazing piece of history and something that you don' often find.  It is a rare one.
