Here is a vintage 1944 little girl's dress pattern. It has puff sleeves and
a smocking option
.
I have hand traced the old tissue on to new tissue pieces. I added sewing notches or other marks as noted on the original pieces.  It is marked size 1 . It comes with pieces to make matching panties.
It could be made larger  to fit a 2 or 3 year old.   Heirloom style dress, classic 1940's
