pattern is size 2 for 21 chest and 20 waist.
Pullover dress has buttoned back opening, peter pan collar, gathered skirt, sash, and short or long sleeves. View A with contrast has skirt ruffle, piping trim, and vest. View B has vest only. View C has contrast collar and cuffs.
