Vtg 60s Simplicity 8624 TRUMPET FLIP DRESS DBL PUFF SLEEVE Pattern Girl Princess
Girls' and Chubbies' Dress: The princess seamed dress with trumpet skirt has low round neckline, back zipper, "Peter Pan" collar and picot edging and button trim.  V. 1 & 2 have contrasting collar.  V. 1 with below elbow length sleeves gathered to armholes has elastic casings forming double puffs and lower ruffles. V. 2 has long set-in sleeves gathered to snapped cuffs. V. 3 is sleeveless.

A friend has been a professional seamstress with her own shop for over 50 years. Her mother was also a seamstress. My friend is moving and wants me to sell her patterns for her. She has 6 pattern boxes, 7 big totes, 2 trunks, and 2 suitcases full of old patterns! Some of these date back to the 30s and 40s! Many are newer but still vintage. Brands include Vogue, Advance, Simplicity, McCall’s, Butterick, Kwik Sew, New Look, and others. Some are old mail order patterns.  Most patterns have been used but there are many, many which are uncut!
